Ruden Homes was established in 1991 as a housing development company in Carrigaline, Co. Cork. It was founded by its two of its current directors John Deane and John Ruane and under their supervision and the current board members the company has achieved a solid reputation within the housing sector.

John Deane (Managing Director)

John has over 30 years experience in both the construction and banking sectors and has lead the company since its foundation.

John Ruane (Construction Director):

John has over 30 years experience in the construction sector, has a trades background and managed all housing projects todate.


The company expanded throughout the 90s and moved on to larger housing developments in and around Cork City and County. The quality of these developments has earned Ruden Homes a reputation of high quality build and finish, a reputation we aim to enhance on each new development.
